Master of Divinity

The Master’s Institute is called to equip the heart, head, and hands of pastors and leaders for the Church to continue the ministry of Jesus empowered by the Holy Spirit. The Master of Divinity program combines spiritual formation, academics, and leadership training for a holistic education designed to foster impactful and sustainable ministry.
Program Highlights:
Concurrent spiritual formation, biblical teaching, and leadership training curriculum for whole-person growth
Dynamic learning environment with live, online interaction and academic discussions
Finish in 3-6 years, depending on full-time or part-time enrollment
Participate as a local or distance student
Connect with other students during in-person community time in White Bear Lake, MN
Tuition:
Cost for the 2025-26 academic year is $210 per credit, but only 100 credits are paid during the program. 25 Ministry Formation credits are included in tuition. A $350 student fee and $100 library fee are due at the beginning of each academic year. A few scholarships are available each year. See additional tuition details HERE.

Students can expect a consistent weekly rhythm that integrates academic, spiritual, and pastoral formation:
Online academic seminars on Thursday and Friday mornings
Biblical exegesis course meets one hour each week
Spiritual formation group meets one hour each week
15-hour/week internship in your ministry context
Weekly one-on-one mentoring and coaching
All students gather in person three to four times per year in White Bear Lake, MN for three to four days at a time
What Kind of Classes Will I Take?
Seminars meets online on Thursday and Friday mornings during the academic year (September through May). Students learn from and engage with faculty who are experienced ministers and experts in their field. Courses span one, two, or three weeks long and typically include pre-course readings and written assignments.
