How to Apply

  • Request an application using the form below or submit an inquiry with further questions.

  • Complete the application. As part of your application, you will be asked to provide a writing sample and four references who can speak to your leadership, discipleship, and character qualities. You will also be directed how to send your previous transcripts to MI electronically.

  • Final date to apply for the upcoming academic year is June 30th. Earlier acceptance allows students to be considered for the Early Commitment discount and available scholarships.

What's Next?

After MI staff review the completed application and references, you will be notified if you are invited to interview in person or online. Further questions and conversation are encouraged during this time.

If accepted to MI, a packet is sent to you:

  • Sign and return the Intent to Attend form

  • Sign and return the Disclosure Release form to allow MI to order a background check

  • Include your Administrative and Technology Fees of $350

Cohorts of students start once a year. Prerequisite courses are offered at the end of August and are in-person only; all students join the fall retreat in person after Labor Day.

May God bless you as you continue hearing from the Lord on your journey! We are available to discuss any questions you may have. Applications will be kept on file for two years.
