Equipping the heart, head, and hands of pastors and leaders for the Church.

Be equipped for ministry, not just educated:

  • Biblical Teaching

MI instructs the head. Faculty are gifted and passionate adjunct professors who are recognized experts in their field. Students learn to know, live, and communicate the truth of Scripture.

  • Spiritual Formation

MI trains the heart. Formation flows from an intimate relationship of trust, obedience, and dependence upon the Lord Jesus Christ. Formation happens in Christian community.

  • Leadership Training

MI equips the hands. Students are equipped to disciple discipling leaders, receiving hands-on experience under the guidance of qualified and experienced ministers.

  • MI is a seminary like no other. I chose MI because I not only wanted a great theological and biblical education, but I desired to be more fully shaped into Christ’s likeness. I was continually challenged to grow in all these areas. In fact, I was so deeply impacted that I served on staff and later did my Doctor of Ministry dissertation on spiritual formation in seminary education. Choosing the right seminary matters!

    - Rev. Dr. Kendra Diehl, Instructor and Alumnus

  • "I never want to know what the rest of my life would've been like without my time at MI; the journey was one of the best challenges I've ever taken on and I'm so grateful for God calling me to MI!"

    —Steven W., Alumnus

  • "When I first sensed a calling for ministry, I knew MI was the right fit as I could keep my full time job and pursue a Master’s at the same time. The professors and staff are attentive and helpful and eased my concerns about enrolling in school at an older age! "

    —Domenic S., M.A. Student

  • "The Lord has used MI to work in my life beyond what I could have expected. If you desire to grow in knowledge and intimacy with the Lord, MI has a unique anointing to foster that."

    —Larissa D., M.Div. Student

  • "I believe The Master’s Institute provides the spiritual depth, theological rigor, and pastoral preparation needed to faithfully proclaim the Gospel and shepherd God’s people for His glory."

    —Joel K., Alumnus
