Paul Rhodes Eddy is a Professor of Biblical and Theological Studies at Bethel University, an adjunct instructor at The Master's Institute, and a Teaching Pastor at Woodland Hills Church, where he also serves on the Executive Pastoral Team. He received his B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Bethel University in 1983; his M.A. in Theological Studies from Bethel Theological Seminary in 1991; and his PhD in Systematic Theology from Marquette University in 1999. He has authored, co-authored or co-edited a dozen books, including the award-winning The Jesus Legend: A Case for the Historical Reliability of the Synoptic Jesus Tradition, and numerous articles and essays. He lives in White Bear Township, MN with his wife Kelly, and their two sons.
